Follow lists go mobile
Two new public endpoints list any profile's followers and following, newest follow first, thirty at a time. Sign the request and each person says whether you follow them, and whether they follow you.

You tap a name on your phone and the profile opens with a list under it. The people following them come first, newest follow at the top. Scroll, and thirty more arrive on the cursor. No account, no key, no handshake.
Credit goes to simonhamp, who taught the public API to answer for any profile's followers and for the people that profile follows. Two addresses, one shape. They are /api/v1/users/{username}/followers and /api/v1/users/{username}/following, each thirty to a page, newest follow first, ties broken by user id.
Sign the request with your device key and every row tells you whether you follow that person and whether they follow you. A page of thirty runs the same number of queries as a page of one.
There is one catch. The block check only covers the profile you asked about. A signed request across a block gets a 403, saying the user is blocked or unavailable, but a guest asking for the same list still gets it, every follower included.
