Replies now carry the organization's byline
When an organization replies to, quotes or mentions someone, that person's inbox now names the organization, square avatar and all. Same bell, new byline.

You post a commit on a Tuesday, and by Wednesday your inbox carries a reply from @laravel itself. It has a square avatar, the organization's own lane color, and a link to its page. No member's name anywhere. Before this, an organization's replies, quotes and mentions told nobody at all, so the inbox stayed empty.
Credit goes to mnapoli, who let a notification's actor be a person or an organization. One short migration moves the actor link from accounts to profiles. A person's profile keeps the person's id, so every existing row already fits, and deleting a profile still takes what it did with it. Blocks and mutes are checked against the organization, the bell only rings once a commit is approved, and an organization that replies to, quotes or mentions itself tells none of its own members. The inbox still stacks three actors per group and twenty groups a page.
One catch. Block the member who typed the reply and the notification still lands. The block is checked against the organization, not the person, and nobody can block an organization.
