Preview finally puts @mentions on the map

Flip a draft into preview and every handle you typed that belongs to a real person becomes a link to that profile. Names that go nowhere stay plain text, just as they will once you publish.

You type "Pairing with @alice and @nobody-here," tap ⌘⇧P, and the preview comes up. @alice is a live link you can click through to her profile, while @nobody-here sits there as ordinary text. Until this release, both stayed flat.

Credit goes to jubianchi, who taught the preview to ask the server who the mentioned handles belong to. The server reads the draft outside code and returns each handle with the id of the person behind it, all in one lookup. The composer asks when you open the preview, by the same rules that link a published commit, so @Override in code, alice@example.com and @inertiajs/react never count. The reply box gets it too, and handles run to 39 characters.

One catch. The lookup runs once per version of the draft. Reopen the same untouched text and you get the old answer, so a handle that did not exist the first time stays plain until you change a character and preview again. Names also show as plain text until the server answers, and a failed request leaves them plain.
