Click the name, not the commit
Your notifications inbox has sent every click to the commit, even a click on the person's name. Now the name and handle open the profile, while the action words still open the commit.

Open the notifications inbox and hover over a name. It underlines, just like a name on a commit, and a click takes you to that person's profile. The handle beside it goes to the same place. Click "starred your commit", or the space around it, and you land on the commit exactly as before.
Credit goes to SanderMuller, who pulled the row link apart without shrinking the target. A starred or replied row now carries three links where it had one. Those links are the name, the handle, and the action words. The action words stretch an invisible cover across the rest of the row, so clicking the avatars, the time, or the empty space still opens the commit. Follow notices send both the name and the action to the profile, since there is no commit to show. Moderation rows keep their single link.
One gap. Open a grouped notification and every row underneath still behaves the old way. Those expanded entries keep one link over the whole row, so a click on a name there opens the commit, not the person. You have to use the group's top row to reach a profile.
