Your profile now wears your account's ID
Every user's profile now carries the same ID as the account behind it, just as an organization's already did. Search, mentions, exports and the sitemap now match the two by that ID instead of the GitHub number.

Sign in with GitHub after the deploy and your handle, bio and avatar come up exactly as before. Pull your account export and every conversation, notification and follow still names the right person. Nothing on the page moved, which is the point. The plumbing underneath did.
Credit goes to mnapoli, who gave every user's profile the same ID as the user, the way organizations already worked. One transaction locks both sets of rows, copies each user's ID onto their profile, then pins the pair together with a foreign key, so a single ID now names a person or an organization. New accounts pick it up at sign-up, at local sign-in, and for the Tom and World bots. Search, mentions, the activity breakdown, the operations feed, the sitemap and exports now match people to profiles by ID instead of the GitHub number.
One catch. The rewrite holds both sets of rows against writes while it runs and sets no timeout, so a sign-up or a profile edit during the deploy waits in line, and if a long transaction is already holding those rows, it waits behind that too.
