Remotes opens the API to stash, merge, and drop

Your app can now tuck a conversation or an org into the stash, pop it back, and merge or drop a waiting message request. Every call answers 204 and keeps the web's rules.

Open a thread in your app and choose stash. It vanishes from Open and waits in Stashed. The other person's inbox does not blink. Ask for it back and it returns. The same trick works on an org you belong to, and the room goes quiet for you alone.

Credit goes to simonhamp, who wired six signed calls into the API under the web's 300-requests-a-minute Remotes limiter. Two stash and unstash a one-to-one thread, two do the same for an org, and two merge a fetched request into Open or drop it without a word to the sender. Every call answers 204 with no body. Stashing writes one timestamp on your participant row, never your partner's. Any new message from either side clears it and the thread comes back to Open.

One catch. Ask the API to stash someone you have never messaged and it still answers 204, as if it worked. Nothing is stored, and no thread appears.
