Read receipts move to the newest message

In org chats, the line that says who has read a message now sits under the newest message, even when a colleague wrote it. One-to-one chats behave as before.

Open an org thread and post. When a colleague answers, look under their bubble instead of yours. The time now carries a small "pulled by" line and a row of tiny avatars for the members who have read it. Before, that line only ever appeared under your own latest message, so once anyone else spoke, the org went quiet about who had caught up.

Credit goes to xHeaven, who taught the thread to move its status line to the newest message that isn't an event, whoever wrote it, and to count readers honestly. The author no longer counts toward the total, and neither do you, so "everyone" means everyone else who could read that message. Up to five avatars show before a +N takes over, and when more than three people could read it and all of them have, the row collapses to the word everyone. A message still sending keeps the status spot. Orgs hold at most 15 members.

One catch. In a two-person org, the other person's message never gets a read line at all. You and the author are both left out of the count, which leaves nobody, so there you can only ever see who read your own messages.
