A seven-day timeout for reported posters

One undismissed report now sends everything you post to moderation for a week, even if you have good reputation. Deleting the reported post no longer wipes the slate.

You post a reply on a Tuesday morning, as usual, and instead of sliding straight onto the timeline it sits in the queue. The poll you attached stays shut. Nothing is wrong with your account. Somebody reported one of your posts this week, and moderation remembers.

Credit goes to brendt, who taught the moderator to check the last seven days of reports before it trusts your reputation. Good reputation still means an account older than an hour, one approved post and ten followers, but a single undismissed report on any of your posts, deleted or not, now holds every new post for seven days. Clean AI passes also approve first-time authors now. The old approved-history requirement is gone. A reputable author with a live report gets no AI review at all, and the post just waits.

One catch. The report queue lists only reports on posts still published, and only those can be dismissed. Delete the reported post and the report keeps counting for the rest of the week while an admin can no longer clear it. You sit in the holding pen until the clock runs out.
