Changelog pulls up a chair in the sidebar
A new Changelog link sits beside Terms and Privacy and shows what shipped, day by day. Hover for today's merges, or open the full list for pull request numbers and short commit hashes.

You scroll the sidebar to the bottom, past Terms and Privacy. There is Changelog. Hover, and a small panel rises with today's merges. It shows five titles on colored lanes, overlapping avatars, and a tally of how many landed and how many people landed them. Click View full changelog and a taller window opens on every day, newest first, each row carrying its pull request number, seven-character commit hash, author handle, and how long ago it merged.
Credit goes to xHeaven, who plugged the page into GitHub. It fetches the 100 most recently updated closed pull requests aimed at production, drops the unmerged ones, then sorts the rest by merge time because GitHub cannot. The server keeps the answer for 10 minutes, and a failed fetch is not kept at all. Titles written in the conventional style get one of 11 type labels and a red breaking tag. Older scoped titles lose their scope, and anything else prints exactly as written. Days split on your own time zone, and lane colors come from the GitHub login, so even a first-time contributor gets a color.
One catch. It only reads the 100 most recently updated closed pull requests, not the whole history, so an old merge eventually slides off the list.
